what are the benefits of going for the Professional Verion of Visual Studio instead? Row cannot be located for updating Hi, I am getting "Row cannot be located for updating.

Some values may have been changed" error when I try to update from visual basic with ado.

Perhaps it is checking each value from what it originally was before attempting to update?

row can not be located for updating-3

I am considering purchasing Visual Basic 2003 Standard Editon to do some development work with Web Forms and I need to know whether this edit will allow me to update an Access database (mdb) file. Hi SQL fans, I realized that I often encounter the same situation in a relation database context, where I really don't know what to do.

I already have a database which is updated through an Access front-end, I want to update the database through web forms, is this possible? Here is an example, where I have 2 tables as follow: ________________________ __________________ | Portfolio Title | | Portfolio | ---------------------------------------- ----------------------------- | tfolio_id (int) | | folio_id (int) | >...

For this reason, I chose to make this an Info Table on the Factory Thing instead of making each area/group its own Thing (which would feel like an overly complex data architecture to me).

Due to customer requirements that are inflexible, this data MUST be maintained via an external application using the REST API.

UPDATE openquery(MYLINKEDSERVER, 'Select Autonumber, BDD_Name FROM Table1 WHERE Autonumber = 40')Set BDD_Name = 'AL10020' OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "MYLINKEDSERVER" returned message "Row cannot be located for updating.
